Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your DARCSUD purchase. This policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds, including for items that have been gently used.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase—even if the item has been lightly used—as long as it is not damaged, excessively worn, or misused.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be free from damage and abuse
  • Product must remain in acceptable, clean condition and not show excessive wear
  • Original packaging is preferred but not required
  • Return must be pre-approved by our support team before sending it back
  • Proof of purchase is required. Only the original purchaser may initiate a return

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Additional processing time may be required by your financial institution.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end
  • If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund total, unless otherwise specified

Final Sale Items

Items marked “Sale,” “Clearance,” or part of a promotional event are final sale and not eligible for return or refund

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom-branded, personalized, or private-labeled products are non-returnable, except in the case of verified defects upon arrival

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos of the issue
  • If approved, we’ll replace the item or refund you if the product is unavailable

Normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage is not considered a defect

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Heavily used, damaged, or altered items
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Custom or private-labeled items
  • Final sale and promotional items

Fraud Prevention

Returns are inspected. Items returned in unacceptable condition—excessively used, swapped, or empty—may result in denial of refund and restriction of future returns.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@darcsud.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll review and respond with return instructions if you qualify
  3. Do not send items back without written approval
