This Shipping Policy outlines how orders from DARCSUD.com are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders placed using international addresses or freight forwarding services will be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

Carriers and Shipping Methods

We primarily use USPS for order fulfillment. However, we reserve the right to use alternative carriers such as UPS or FedEx when necessary based on the package’s weight, size, location, or service availability.

We do not guarantee the use of any specific carrier or service method, regardless of what was selected or displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping and Rates

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of $65 or more (before tax and discounts). Orders under $65 will be charged real-time rates based on your shipping address, product weight, and dimensions.

Real-time rates are calculated automatically via our carrier integrations. We are not responsible for pricing errors caused by carrier systems or platform limitations. In the event of a miscalculated rate, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order.

Processing Time and Order Cutoff

Orders placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on business days will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding all U.S. federal holidays and posted blackout dates.

Holiday Blackout Dates

If a federal holiday falls on a Saturday, we are closed on Friday.
If a federal holiday falls on a Sunday, we are closed on Monday.
We are also closed on:

  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Black Friday
  • Cyber Monday

This list may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Priority Mail and Expedited Shipping

Priority Mail is available at checkout. Delivery timelines are based on estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We do not offer overnight or express shipping by default. In special cases where overnight delivery is arranged and paid for separately by the customer, DARCSUD is not responsible for delays or eligible for any shipping refunds once the order is in the carrier’s possession.

Address Corrections

Once an order has been submitted, the shipping address cannot be changed.

If you contact us immediately after placing an order and it has not yet shipped, we may, at our sole discretion, attempt to update the address. However, we cannot guarantee successful modification.

DARCSUD is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Tracking and Delivery

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a secure and accurate delivery location. If the carrier marks your order as “delivered,” it is considered delivered for all purposes. DARCSUD is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Delays

DARCSUD is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, labor strikes, customs, natural disasters, technology outages, or any force majeure event outside of our control. Delivery timeframes are estimated, not guaranteed.
